2. General information

The protection of your personal data is important to me. This privacy policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on this website.

3. Hosting

This website is operated by an external hosting provider. Access data such as IP address, time of access and pages viewed may be stored in server log files. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary session cookies, especially for login and CMS administration. No tracking cookies or third-party cookies are used.

5. Contact by email and contact form

If you email me or use the contact form, I process your name, email address and message to handle your request. The data is not shared with third parties and is retained only as long as necessary to process the request and meet statutory retention obligations. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form from automated requests. Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical browser data; the generated verification token is validated server-side solely to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Visitor statistics with Matomo

I use my Matomo installation at stats.pixagentur.com to analyse how this website is used. This includes pages viewed, access times and technical access data, helping me improve the content and usability. The tracking integration does not set analytics cookies and disables additional browser feature detection. It respects the “Do Not Track” setting. URL query parameters and fragments are not sent to Matomo as the page address.

You can opt out below. The opt-out feature may store your choice in a necessary cookie.

7. No external fonts

This website uses locally stored fonts and does not load external font services.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, as well as the right to object. Please contact: sven@gauditz.com.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
